Construction Management "As Agent" delivery method allows the owner to contract directly with subcontractors in addition to separate agreements with architects and construction managers. Evans provides design input as well as management of the owner's subcontractors.

Construction Management "At Risk" delivery method is similar to Design/Build contracting, however, the owner has separate agreements with the architect and construction manager. Evans provides design input as well as management of its own subcontractors.
