From start to finish, all contractor supplies, materials, and equipment are carefully monitored to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Our quality control goal is to eliminate time-consuming rework and to always find ways to increase our team’s productivity.

We review job site performance frequently. These reviews can include job scheduling reviews, assessing safety checklists, guaranteeing work phases are being completed by the correct personnel, and checking overall quality construction best practice methods. If any practice becomes a concern, this is addressed, corrected, and monitored by the project manager.

Evans Construction quality control program is based on prevention rather than reparation. All construction project drawings, specifications, and bid documents are meticulously reviewed by our staff, and ongoing monitoring of trades and jobsite materials is implemented to insure the highest quality of craftsmanship performance.
